NAA's Excellence Awards, or Excels, recognize excellence and leadership in the rental housing industry. Excels celebrate communities, industry professionals and affiliated apartment associations who make unique contributions to the industry. 

Honoring the best in rental housing, the National Apartment Association is pleased to announce the finalists for the 2023 NAA Excellence Awards. Winners will be announced at the NAA Excellence Awards ceremony on Wednesday, June 7 at 11 a.m. in Atlanta, Georgia.
