EXCELLENCE IN APARTMENT MANAGEMENT

The NAAEI's Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) of the Year Award recognizes an apartment community manager that has demonstrated outstanding efforts and contributions to their community and education. This individual must be a certified CAM for at least one year and must be an apartment community manager. Credential holders must meet these qualifications as of December 31, 2021. If the nominee’s job description is to manage more than one community, he or she is eligible if he or she is the sole manager at those communities and not a property or portfolio supervisor. WHAT THE JUDGES ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Demonstration of Commitment to Apartment Industry through Activity & Involvement with Local/State Apartment Association, Local Community, and NAA/NAAEI
  • Demonstrated Measurable Achievements in Job Performance and Professional Accomplishments


APPLICATION FEES

Applicants will be charged $50 per entry for all Individual Achievement Awards. Applicants are required to pay online at the end of submission process, and by credit card only.
