EXCELLENCE IN APARTMENT MANAGEMENT

The NAAEI's Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) of the Year Award recognizes an apartment community manager that has demonstrated outstanding efforts and contributions to their community and education. This individual must be a certified CAM for at least one year and must be an apartment community manager. Credential holders must meet these qualifications as of March 1, 2020. If the nominee’s job description is to manage more than one community, he or she is eligible if he or she is the sole manager at those communities and not a property or portfolio supervisor. Winner will receive: Travel, lodging and registration expenses to attend the 2020 Apartmentalize conference in Boston; special recognition during Apartmentalize; and recognition in an issue of units Magazine.

  • Demonstration of Commitment to Apartment Industry through Activity & Involvement with Local/State Apartment Association, Local Community, and NAA/NAAEI
  • Demonstrated Measurable Achievements in Job Performance and Professional Accomplishments
