• The Channel at Bowen is part ONE of our "Bowen, a Waterfront Village," in Hanahan South Carolina. With 136 apartment homes, we are located on 94 acres (in conjunction with Channel Park, Channel Pierhouse, a Marketplace with commercial entities, etc.,) The Channel at Bowen is within close proximity to a large number of popular shopping centers in the walkable village of Bowen. Our residents are never far from restaurants, upscale retailers, and convenience stores. Even better, we are a short drive to Downtown Charleston! These brand new, stylish Charleston SC apartments provide one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Our gourmet chef kitchens feature kitchen islands and granite finishes. Cardio and Fitness Center and Yoga Room present wonderful options for staying fit. Here, it is truly impossible to take advantage of the myriad activities, restaurants, and cultural happenings that abound in and around the city of Charleston, SC, then zip back home to the cozy calm of your stylish apartment home! The Channel Bowen Apartment Homes consist of a wide variety of impressive amenities. From an Indoor Golf Pub and movie theater, to our onsite water walkway there is a recreational feature to fit your lifestyle. Swimming pools with cabanas can also be found in multiple locations on these two properties, while stunning views of the lake can be found almost anywhere. Oh and did we mention our lazy river? Don't forget to take a step inside our Club Room, which currently offers massage chairs, a business center, a game room, fitness room, and much much more. The Channel at Bowen is truly paradise.

• The Channel Bowen's community service to residents is second to none. We truly believe that our residents are our number one focus. Because of this, we consider everything to be a party for our residents! The journey begins as a prospect. When a prospect tours our community, not only do we give them exemplary customer service, but we also surprise them at our "Celebration Station," which involves champagne and a photo just for touring! We hold at least three resident events EACH MONTH. We also host an annual party called "Wrenn Stock" on our 94 acres that is open to the public-because we want everyone to have a home! In 2019, we had over 1,000 in attendance to this large fair.
  Our maintenance team at the Channel at Bowen is here to serve. With modern technology and programs such as SightPlan, our residents can create work orders from their smart phones, send photos to our service teams, and get immediate responses. Our software even includes GPS locators that will send the closest maintenance technician to their apartment! Why do we go above and beyond? Because we know it is worth it to go the extra mile-it's usually not crowded there:).

• Abandoning tired industry methodology and practices, The Channel Bowen Apartments harbors working relationships and integrity, which are elevated to their proper place (first and foremost) and where services rendered are consistently referral-worthy. Giving back is a part of our company culture. In addition, we often sponsor and contribute to initiatives at our communities (from blood drives to hosting voting poll centers). This includes, but is not limited to, collecting and raising funds to ASPCA, as well as adopting families who are less fortunate around the holidays. Our retention rate is above the National Standard of 50 percent-and why? Because we CARE! We make it a point to personally invite you to stay at the Channel at Bowen, with quarterly renewal parties, hand delivered caramel apples to your apartment home, and amazing customer service.
  At The Channel at Bowen, we actually surprise our residents AT WORK to tell them we appreciate them-we do this at least once a week! (See attached photos.)
  Due to our tremendous concern for our environment, The Channel at Bowen has begun installing solar panel plexus throughout the community to work off of natural light. We are also a paperless community!
