Prior to COVID-19, all of the new amenities were being used on a daily basis. Before the upgrades, only the pool was used, and that was a few days out of the week. The pool has been the biggest hit amongst residents and prospects. The residents love the new deck, cabanas, and shower area. We've had many prospects apply on the spot once they complete a property and unit tour. The contemporary kitchens with the modern backsplash, stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry, washer, and dryer accessibility, the new flooring, and LED light features throughout lead to residents wanting to transfer into a new unit. Twenty of the twenty-eight diamond units were reserved by current tenants before they were even officially released. The meticulously groomed grounds and brand new signage have brought in more drive-by traffic, and more residents are outside enjoying the community as a whole.
