The Bahia underwent a complete property rehab with the overall goal of increasing the sense of community and creating the best possible resident experience. This successful renovation increased the property value, prolonged the longevity of the structures, and updated the design to a calming, coastal resort aesthetic, all serving to cultivate superior customer service and resident satisfaction.

Every amenity at The Bahia was designed with the end goal of unique resident experiences, to enhance and foster community gathering, promote health and wellness, affect ecological and environmental impact and practicality. Our main goal, to encourage community gathering, was to redesign the Welcome Center which houses the leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center and business center.

During the past year, The Bahia hosted numerous events with the goal of fostering community. A grand reopening was held showcasing the renovations while expressing our appreciation to the residents for their patience. Tenant response has been incredible. The R&R area has proved our most popular amenity filled both day and night with tenants and the new fitness center is heavily utilized. During renovations and COVID, events were structured for residents to safely interact virtually or indirectly, consisting of bimonthly virtual events from Craft Happy TV, i.e. a DIY home improvement project, kids’ crafts or learning a new cooking skill.
